Fast, professional and on-time! We were in a time crunch to get a new garage door and painted. They came out the same day to make an estimate and scheduled it for a few days later. We had Jonathan come out to fix our garage door, which has a non-standard installation. He initially miscalculated a part and had to drive all the way to Marysville to pick it up (we live south of Seattle). Despite the long trip, he kept his word and returned the same day to finish the job.By 5 PM, he was back, and by 6 PM, everything was done. Our garage door is much quieter now, and he even told us why our door has these odd marks on them. Appreciate the honesty and follow-through—highly recommend!

The owner is very responsive, which is very much appreciated. There were a couple hiccups with our new openers and he was quick to help troubleshoot and fix the problems. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a new garage door or opener installed.

Service came as scheduled. Spring, drums and steel cables were all replace. As far as I can tell, they did a great job.I got a good price match from them for replacing the springs. Replacing drums and cables were extra charge. Springs, drums, and steel cables, at cost, likely cost them at most $100. The replacement took roughly 1 hour. It's amazing how much is charged for that 1 hour of labor. As a whole, the contract/service work has gotten pricier in general.
