AAA Garage door folks came in about 1 hour after I submitted the request, provided me with a quote and replaced my garage door opener the next morning. My opener ended up having some manufacturing defect and was making a lot of loud noise. It was then replaced the next day immediately with a brand new one at no cost. Extremely happy with the service.

House about 6 years old. Our main garage door opener spring failed. I reached out through Thumbtack on a Sunday afternoon. AAA was great. They were at the house a couple hours later, gave me the quote (was best and most reliable out of 4 garage door repair companies). Less than 24 hours later, parts were ordered and the garage door was fixed. The tech, Elie, was superb. He was punctual, clean, professional and polite (<---which counts!) - garage door works great. Note: We did a torque spring conversion from those crap Wayne Dalton torquemasters that the builders are so fond of. Lifetime warranty - no questions asked. Highly recommend AAA Garage door services.

Update after discussion with the owner:We discussed that the job was more complex than originally planned or estimated. They further explained their perspective and I agree that the quality of the workmanship is high and they took the necessary time to do the work well. I appreciate the quick follow up to review my concerns.One of my springs was broken so the garage door wouldn’t open. I called to ask for an appointment on Monday morning to get an estimate. I was told someone could come by at 7:30pm Sunday evening. The estimate I was given was $650, which felt high, but I was told the work could be done in about 1-2 hours. Since they were already there and I could have the work completed that evening, I said yes.Unfortunately, it does not seem as if there was enough attention to detail on my current garage door or parts. Issues kept getting discovered that then seemed to slow down progress on the work. At 11pm at night, work was still underway and another $150 was added to the cost for parts. We agreed to stop for the night and the technician would return to finish the job in morning. When the owner arrived with the technician in the morning, I was told the complexity is more than they planned for and additional parts would need to be replaced. Now the new cost was $1200.The job was finally completed and with a 3.5% credit cars transaction fee, I paid $1365 including tax.I’m disappointed in how this entire process went, not the work itself. I never had an opportunity to get another quote because of the timing and how this job was done. I don’t think I should have expected a final price that is literally double of the original quote.I wouldn’t recommend AAA because of my experience. I wish they had been more thorough in reviewing the issue before providing an estimate, which would have saved us all a lot of headaches. It felt like they just wanted to rush to get a job and then I needed to accommodate their lack of experience/poor estimate.

My garage door side bar through which rollers move was twisted somehow which caused garage door to not open/close forcing me to open/close manually which was also tough due to the problem. The garage door stayed open on one corner due to the issue. The AAA sent the guy in 1-2 hrs and fixed it well in 45min with minimal service charge (didn’t even charge for the part). Would highly recommend them!

My garage door torsion spring was broken and my car was struck inside the garage. AAA garage door service was super quick in responding to my request and sent the technician within two hours of my contact with them. The technician (Lucas) was able to identify the problem quickly and completely by replacing the broken spring and fixing the operator bracket which was detached from the door. As noted in almost all reviews here, their response time was exceptionally swift. I had a very positive interaction with the owner, Dor. It was evident that Dor is deeply committed to customer satisfaction. ( He mentioned to me personally that he is unable to rest comfortably if a customer is dissatisfied with their service. ) After a quick consultation, he was able to address, AND resolve the issues, all within two hours of his arrival at my location in Renton. A technician from AAA Garage Door Services was sent again a month later to address a noise issue with the garage door. The adjustment was completed promptly and at no additional charge!! Everything is now functioning smoothly and working great. I am very impressed by the quality/speed of their work and the effectiveness of their communication. Money well spent. I will most definitely hire them again in the future and recommend them to my friends and family, and TO YOU.

My new Genie garage opener was having trouble with setting limits. Mfg rep said my door was in need of service. I called AAA and they came to home within 15 minutes, went over service options including replacement of garage springs. Luckily, some adjustments and tune up to the garage worked to balance my garage and I was able to complete installation of garage opener.
